alandreaSo, we’re writing our grad notes for school. I think the main problem is finding something to write that you won’t look back on in 20 years and say “Oh dear god, I sucked so much”. There’s a 529 character limit, so I wrote this:
Well, it’s been fun. At times stressful and horrifying, but mostly fun. I wish the best for everybody, even those who I didn’t get along with all too well. I’m pleased to say that I’ve met a lot of wonderful people here and I’ve seen many interesting things. I’m going to remember high school as a good time. One with presentations on cannibalism, rants about really bad books, attempts to save other books, Christmas letter readings in History class, demon eyes, cat ears, strangely coloured hair, and much, much more.
I don’t think it’s too awful, a bit self indulgent and perhaps slightly insincere, but whose isn’t? I think I meant everything I said, but that may just be the mood of the moment. Ah well, it’s useless to stress-out over it. If I get really depressed I can always look at the ones that say: Y0 \^/3 \^/4Z |_33-|- Y0 and OMG! I wunder how faat Debbs gunna get! isnt hilary duff teh coolies . Okay, well, that probably won’t happen... but I can imagine my peers embarrassing themselves worse than I will.
